Have the following ready when you report your claim:

• Name of the person listed as "Named Insured" on your policy declarations page
• Your Westfield Insurance policy number
• The year, make and model of your vehicle
• The date the damage occurred

Westfield Glass Service Details:

Westfield Glass Service honors the choice of our policyholder when assisting with the selection of a glass shop.

Westfield Insurance will waive your deductible if windshield damage can be repaired instead of replaced. (Most windshield chips and dings under 6 inches in length can be repaired.)

For windshield replacement, If you have a comprehensive deductible, you will be responsible for paying the amount of your deductible at the time of service.
